Age Groups are:
- Primary School up to 12 Years
- 13 – 17 years
- Open 18 years plus
Winners & Prizes Announced at the Gala Night from 7.00pm Friday 30th March 2012.
Each winning entrant will receive an invitation by mail to attend the awards evening.
Prizes:
Total Prize Money $2750.00
Overall Grand Prize Winner $500.00
Primary School, each category 1-5 Prize $100.00
13 – 17 years, each category 1-5 Prize $150.00
Open 18 years plus, each category 1-5 Prize $200.00
Special Exhibition
Photographs will remain on display at the cluBarham Dining Room during Easter for people to go in and view.
The photos will be on show from 7.00pm Friday 30th March to Tuesday 10th April 2012
How to enter :
Complete and sign the entry form after you have read the Conditions of Entry.
Two Copies are required: 1 - 6 x 4 (minimum) hard copy
1 - on a CD 1mb (if Possible)

along with your Entry Form & Payment (Cheque or Cash) $5.00 per Photo entry. Multiple entries can be enclosed in the same envelope.

Don’t Forget
- The subjects of all photos must be of the local area & surrounds
- Please include a brief description of the photo
- You can enter as often as you like
- The entry form needs to be attached to each of the photos entered
- Because the entries maybe used in further publications, if people are featured in any photograph please make sure you have their permission.
Conditions of entry

The Photographic Competition is open to all residents, employees and visitors to the Barham & Koondrook local area
- The Photographic Competition opens on 1st January 2012 and closes on 16th March 2012
- Photographs entered must be taken of the local area & surrounds.
- If a photograph is taken of a person, his/her permission for the photograph to be entered in the competition should be obtained in writing. Parental permission should be obtained if taking a photograph of a person under the age of 18 years.
- You can enter as many photographs as you would like.
- Photographs should not be mounted and negatives are not required.
- Photos must be minimum 6x4 inch (10.1 cm x 15.2cm), second copy on a CD, 1 mb.
- Entries will be on display at The Gala Night Friday 30thMarch 2012, from 7.00pm.
- The winning photographs will be considered by the judges to best represent our local area. The judges’ decisions are final.
- Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the Gala Night, Friday 30th March 2012, from 7.00pm in the Dining Room at the Barham & District Services Club. All winning entrants will be mailed an invitation to attend.
- Entries will become the property of the Barham Koondrook Tourism Committee and may be featured in future publications, on the website or in media campaigns. We will include the entrants’ names to acknowledge photographs where possible.
- All entrants must provide a signed entry form with their photographs when entering the Competition. Entries will not be accepted without a completed entry form or payment of $5.00 per entry.
- The Barham Koondrook Tourism Committee reserves the right to refuse or not display an entry.
